Micro-factoring, factoring and debt collection customers can log in to the panel, add invoices to fund or recover, and monitor the status of those invoices.
We are grateful to UsabilityLAB for accurately pinpointing our needs, combining them with the needs of our users and their technical capabilities, and then reflecting all that in a clickable app prototype. As Product Owner, I also receive great support in the form of ongoing consulting during development of the panel. Thanks to that, I can rest easy knowing that the final product’s functionality and UI will be completely aligned with our business vision and actual needs of our users.
